    Due to the secure nature of the programme, you must hold Higher Level Clearance and be willing to undergo further clearance. This is a hybrid position based in Leatherhead, with 3-4 days per week onsite.

    Your future duties and responsibilities
    In this role, you will take responsibility for designing, building, testing, and supporting infrastructure across hybrid environments, combining on-premises and cloud platforms.     Key responsibilities include:
    • Design & Deploy: Build and manage infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Innovate & Automate: Implement Kubernetes-based platforms, containerisation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role
    You should have at least three years' experience in infrastructure engineering, with a track record of delivering solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. Strong technical expertise combined with effective communication and collaboration skills will be key to your success.
    You should have experience in:
    • Designing, building, deploying, testing, and supporting infrastructure solutions
    • Deployment across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP desirable)
    • Kubernetes architecture (pods, services, deployments, networking) and containerisation (Docker)
    • Platform engineering and familiarity with CNCF ecosystem
    • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
    • GitOps tooling such as Argo CD
    • Scripting (Python, Shell)

    CGI are looking for a Production Support Analyst to join a strong existing In Service Support team in a client facing capacity to provide a wide range of software and hardware support to the client and end user.

    This position will be a hybrid position, based out of our Leatherhead office three days per week (Tues-Thurs). Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance.

    Your future duties and responsibilities
    FC BISA is a long running programme developing bespoke software solutions in Fire Control and Battlespace Management for the British Army. Currently developing several major software releases concurrently and supporting operational systems, the project team is currently around 55 members.

    Key Duties:
    • Contribute to a range of support tasks including the installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of CGI s FCA and FC BISA products.
    • Produce user guide documentation in the form of Army Equipment Support Publications (AESP), Train the Trainer (T3) packs and deliver T3 courses for both FC BISA and FCA.
    • Support programmes of test, trials and training both in-house and occasionally on-site (non-operational).
    • Monitor E-Classroom equipment usage, repairs and spares availability and identify trends.
    • Monitor software issues passed by users or user representatives to CGI and identify trends.
    • Support availability to users, and user representatives, of equipment and material supplied by CGI under the FC BISA programme.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role
    Required Competencies:

    • Military communications experience or strong Satcom/VHF experience
    • Team player with ability & willingness to work collectively and as an individual with minimal supervision.
    • Able to represent CGI with the client team and senior users.
    • Ability to reprioritize workload, according to programme priorities.
    • Attention to detail for documentation production and reviews.
    • Good communication skills (both oral & written) and the ability to work with multiple teams across the programme.
    • Ability to work to tight timescales within budget
    • Willingness to get involved in other tasks as and when required.

    Desired Competencies:

    • Army/Artillery communications knowledge, background, or experience. Ideally holding Qualified Gunnery Instructor (QGI) qualification, but not essential.
    • Technical Author qualifications
    • Ideally some prior experience of operating FC BISA and/or FCA.
    • UK MOD procurement processes or providing Support.

    As a Business Development Manager at CGI, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for CGI OpenSea360 and other maritime related areas.     Your future duties and responsibilities
    In this role, you will act as the lead authority for data migration and integration architecture across a major transformation programme. You will define and assure the strategies, standards and principles that govern how data is cleansed, migrated, integrated and managed, ensuring supplier solutions align with architectural requirements, regulatory obligations and long-term business needs. Working across programme delivery teams and stakeholders, you will provide architectural oversight throughout the lifecycle, helping to reduce risk and drive successful outcomes.
    You will review and challenge supplier proposals, oversee integration and migration designs, and provide formal assurance at key governance stages. Alongside this, you will work closely with business SMEs, programme leadership and technical teams to establish robust data governance practices, support testing and deployment activities, and ensure data and integration capabilities remain resilient, scalable and fit for purpose.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role
    To succeed in this role, you will bring significant experience in data architecture, data migration and enterprise integration within large-scale transformation programmes. You will have a strong understanding of ERP environments, data governance and integration design patterns, combined with the ability to provide independent architectural assurance and challenge. You should be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams while balancing strategic oversight with practical delivery support.
