Here at CG Fire & Security , were seeking a Special Risk Engineer to join our team based in the South East . Youll be working as a member of our Operations Field Service Team where your expertise in Special Risks Equipment and products will be fully utilised. Your up-to-date knowledge of legislative standards will be called upon to ensure compliance and safety, of course, but its a great time to join us as we continue to see our business grow. What we offer: Were looking to offer a salary of between £28,000-£29,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. Key areas of responsibility: Youll be carrying out routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs and installation of Special Risk Equipment and products in line with current legislation and company standards Youll carry out PPM, reactive calls and Small Works, again, in line with legislation and company standards Manage, when required, the organisation of ones own work programme to promote efficiency and complete all necessary reports, documentation and records in a timely manner and to the required standard Be fully compliant with site H&S requirements at all times Experience required for the role: Previous, quantitative experience of working in a similar role in the Fire & Security Industry Up to date knowledge of H&S legislation and guidelines Be self-managed, diligent, and safety conscious bringing your wealth of technical knowledge to meet customer requirements Strong communication skills both written and verbal are required along with the agreement to partake in training when required Do you see yourself reflected in the description above?
