Responsibilities As part of a current team located in our Head Office in Sheffield, this role will be responsible for supporting all warehouse and shipping activities to ensure a professional and efficient service to customers.
Picking and packing of customer orders in preparation for distribution (domestic and international).Booking in of product articles/stock into the SAP system.Accepting and managing deliveries from logistics couriers.Processing of customer returns.Other general warehouse duties, as required. Profile Knowledge and recent experience of a warehouse related environment.Ability to undertake a physically demanding role.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight schedules. Flexibility and a strong focus on customer service.Competence with Microsoft Office packages. Experience of SAP also desirable, but not essential.
