    What you’ll be doing
    No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply. Take ownership of all procurement administration, including contractor onboarding, accreditation, and ongoing document control—ensuring all insurance, health & safety, and compliance documentation is accurate and up to date. Manage the end-to-end tendering process for contracts, from initial specification through to contract award and administration, supporting the delivery of cost savings and operational efficiency. Monitor and evaluate contractor and supplier performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and procurement strategy, and proactively addressing any issues or risks. Provide administrative support for compliance activities, including the preparation and tracking of Subject Access Requests (SARs), GDPR and AML audits, and other statutory or regulatory reporting. Liaise closely with contractors, suppliers, and the wider compliance team to resolve queries, support risk mitigation, and maintain effective communication across the supply chain. Support the Head of Group Compliance and other senior team members Manage personal and shared inboxes to ensure all procurement and compliance queries are responded to promptly and accurately. Assist with data protection officer duties as required, including supporting responses to data breaches and maintaining relevant compliance trackers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and compliance processes, sharing best practices and supporting the team’s operational resilience.

    We are now looking for a Property Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

    The Role

    As a Property Assistant, you will perform various administrative duties to support the smooth running of a portfolio of properties.

    Working alongside fellow Property Assistants and Property Managers, you will develop a detailed knowledge of each property, building a strong rapport with residents and clients.

    You will also support customers’ requirements as their first point of contact. This will include answering general enquiries, raising requests for work to be undertaken, providing key documentation and managing communications via the residents’ portal.

    Additionally, you will:

    - Respond to incoming email and telephone queries
    - Manage the inbox for the Estate Management Team
    - Deal with insurance claims

    Who We’re Looking For

    Someone who will prioritise customer and client satisfaction. Experience working in a customer service environment with exposure to administration is essential as you will build a strong rapport with both residents and clients.

    An individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, getting stuck into their work every day with the ability to remain flexible as our business and customer needs change.

    A proactive professional who will be proficient in IT, able to get to grips with MS packages as well as a range of internal systems, whilst being meticulous about spelling and grammar!

    The Role

    As our Area Lettings Director, you will largely focus on the strategy to realise the key visions of Centrick’s lettings operation. You will oversee every aspect of the lettings process, including tenancy services and inspections, ensuring KPIs are met, and opportunities are maximised.
    Beyond this, you are responsible for the branches’ staff members and supporting them on any ad-hoc or complex people issues.

    The role will be based at the Head Office in Birmingham city centre; however, there will be a requirement to attend sites across the West Midlands as needed.

    About You

    The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualities:

    - A background in property sales/lettings at a managerial level
    - Experience leading teams across multiple offices/locations
    - Holds a full, UK driving licence
    - The ability to proactively manage a team to success, identify and resolve issues
    - The ability to critically analyse data, plan and deliver on strategy, spot opportunities and overcome failure
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - IT proficiency, particularly with MS packages
    - ARLA qualification or equivalent preferred
