    * Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective members, members, executive officers, the general public and other industry bodies by phone, email or in writing and follow-up with an agreed timeframe

    • Order all food items as per requirement from the dry store
    • Ensure that all food items that are purchased are received and checked against the invoice, then stored in the correct manner 
    • Make sure that all stock is labelled and rotated 
    • Ensure that resources are used effectively, minimising waste to protect our environment and to reduce costs 
    • Act on behalf of the senior chef, when appointed
