We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in delivering integrated marketing and communications activity across the CCG brand and its subsidiaries. The role is suited to an individual with a strong understanding of modern marketing practices, including digital content and date-led marketing campaigns, and who has a particular strength on written communications. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting business development, and delivering engaging content across multiple platforms. SALARY: Competitive, DOE
    HOURS: Full time, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm

    STATUS: Permanent THE ROLE The role is essential to ensuring that all site work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with site teams, designers, and technical staff to review workmanship, assess compliance with specifications, and provide practical guidance to support project delivery across various design stages and a broad spectrum of projects. The key roles’ responsibilities would be developing and working with the Senior Compliance Manager and the Technical Department to: Enhance CCG company quality procedures, standards and specifications. Coordinate activity to meet quality standards. Conduct site inspections and conformity audits/reports. Identify defects, non-conformances, and areas for improvement, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Provide technical advice and support to site teams, subcontractors and project managers. Write management and technical reports. Monitor and evaluate compliance across CCG’s projects and develop good practice Technical Bulletins. Report to Senior Compliance Manager on Quality Standards. Ensure continuous improvement in quality and conformance. Prevention of defective design and onsite defects. SKILLS Background in Construction Quality Inspector/Clerk of Works/Structural Warranty Surveyor. Background in construction, technical inspection, site management or quality assurance. Student completing a degree in construction-related compliance/building surveying. Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and design details. Quality planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control. Highly diligent with excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge/expertise/good knowledge in construction. IT skills/Microsoft Project Attention to detail and presentation. Work under tight deadlines. Full UK driving licence.
