Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for electrical works. Issue and manage Permits to Work in accordance with site procedures and Health & Safety legislation. Carry out technical fault finding and provide support on complex electrical systems. Monitor and update CAFM systems, ensuring maintenance records are accurate and up to date. Ensure full compliance with current electrical regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and company policies. Produce maintenance reports, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and assist with contract performance reviews. Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders to maintain exceptional service delivery. Identify electrical plant and system defects, coordinating remedial works where required. Assist with quotations, technical recommendations, and scopes of work for electrical projects. Support the Contract Manager with the day-to-day contract delivery and continuous service improvement. Requirements City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance (desirable). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Previous experience in a supervisory or lead electrical maintenance role within Facilities Management or Building Services.
