This permanent position offers great long-term career prospects, ongoing training, and opportunities to progress within a thriving organisation. /p br Key Responsibilities br ul li br /li li Manage small teams of operatives delivering concrete repair works on multi-storey high-rise buildings. br /li li Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring works were completed efficiently and in line with project schedules. br /li li Monitor project progress and maintained accurate daily reports and site diaries. br /li li Manage and update repair logs to track progress and ensure quality standards were met. br /li li Oversee the allocation and control of plant, tools, equipment, and materials on site. br /li li Promote and enforce safe working practices, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. br /li /ul br Person Specification br ul li br /li li Strong construction and site management experience, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. br /li li Excellent project planning and programming skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and manage project timelines effectively. br /li li Sound understanding of concrete repair and structural works (advantageous). br /li li Valid CSCS Card. br /li li SMSTS or SSSTS qualified. br /li li Strong IT skills and confident using computer-based management and reporting systems. br /li li Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. br /li li Strong understanding of, and ability to work within, company management systems and procedures. br /li li Relevant qualification and/or proven experience in Construction or Site Management. br /li li Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role. xjlbheb br /li li Full UK driving licence. br /li /ul br Salary Benefits br ul li br /li li Competitive salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience) br /li li Commercial vehicle provided br /li li Company pension scheme br /li li 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) br /li /ul br
