The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical ventilation systems across the studio facilities. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:00 am 17:00 pm Key Responsibilities: Execute scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines on all ventilation equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), extraction systems, fans, motors, dampers, VAV/VRF systems, and ductwork. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns, diagnosing complex mechanical faults and implementing effective, long-term repairs. Conduct detailed inspections of ductwork systems, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with industry standards (e.g., TR19 Fire Safety requirements).
