    Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Mobile (London & M25) - Up to £45,000 Are you a Mobile Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be mobile inLondon? Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London & M25. CBW are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in the region of circa 8-10 commercial buildings located in London & M25 . The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. Key duties & Responsibilities Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log Weekly AOV test and Log L8 water hygiene monitoring Fan Coil Unit servicing HIU/CIU servicing (Training will be given) AHU servicing MVHR servicing Weekly/Monthly Generator test and log Weekly CHP Checks and log Monthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and log Monthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and log Supervision of Sub Contractors Assist with preparation of Quotations for remedial works.
