Fabric Engineer FM Service Provider br br Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest. br - Commercial Building Guildford, Surrey br - up to £38,000 per annum Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Guildford, Surrey. br br CBW is recruiting a Fabric Engineer to work across a commercial building in Guildford, Surrey. br br The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic carpentry and painting. br br In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000, overtime and further training. br br Package Up to £38,000 25 days holiday Bank holidays Further training Company pension Working hours Monday to Friday 7:00 16:00 , 09:00 br - 18:00, 11:00 br - 19:00 rotating weekly Thursdays late shopping is 11-8 (1 in 3 when working the weekend) 1 in 3 weekends on with 2 days taken in lieu. br br Saturday 08:00 br - 18:00, Sunday 11:00-17:00 Key Duties Responsibilities General fabric repairs Furniture moves porterage Painting Decorating Basic lighting Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic Fabric duties which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc. br br Requirements xjlbheb Knowledge of commercial building maintenance An understanding of most building fabric duties Good communication skills Health Safety experience Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use) Ability to deliver excellent customer service Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload If you are interested please email your CV to Charlie Long of CBW Staffing Solutions
