The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and energy-efficient solutions across a wide range of commercial environments. br This is a hands-on role, working predominantly on the tools while also supporting the wider service operation and maintenance team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to service engineers, assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics, prepare quotations for maintenance agreements and remedial works, and support the administration team with scheduling and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction. The role will involve delivering high-quality service and maintenance across commercial sites from North London down to the South Coast.
