CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer based on a retail site in North Bristol. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this commercial building. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression. Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them. Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required. Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues. Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
