Multi Skilled Electrician - Edinburgh - Salary up to £45,000 DOE We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management and Building Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and minor installation works. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems while also supporting general building maintenance activities to ensure sites remain safe, compliant and fully operational. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of electrical systems. Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimise downtime. Undertake minor electrical installation works, testing and commissioning. Inspect, maintain and repair lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarm interfaces and other building services systems. Carry out electrical testing and ensure compliance with current regulations and company standards. Support with general building maintenance tasks, including basic mechanical, plumbing and fabric repairs where required. Complete accurate maintenance reports and update job information using electronic maintenance management systems.
