Maintenance Electrician (Mobile) - Peterborough - Global Facilities Management Organisation: Retail & Commercial
CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our clients leading facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and safe operation of electrical and mechanical systems across a portfolio of high-profile retail and commercial sites.
This is a mobile position, ideally based in the Peterborough area, with regular travel required across the West Midlands region.

Competitive salary £38,000 per annum Company van & fuel card Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Training, development & progression opportunities Duties:
Carry out maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. Install, maintain, and repair electrical components, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical equipment. Manage electrical installation projects and ensure completion of the required certification and documentation. Demonstrate strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Possess basic knowledge of building fabric repairs and general maintenance. Respond to equipment breakdowns or failures outside of normal working hours as part of on-call duties. Requirements:
Qualified to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification required. Previous experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry essential.
