An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading companies in the facilities industry. They currently maintain a number of facilities and maintenance contracts across the UK and are looking for an Engineering Account Manager to work on a high profile contract based in Victoria, Central London. The building itself is truly unique and offers a totally different working environment to most standard commercial buildings. The main purpose of the role will be to ensure that all operational, technical and contractual operations in this building are maintained to a very high standard. There will also be a high level of responsibility with regards to compliance, HV systems and contractor management. Duties of the role will include the following: Manage all technical issues across the building in relation to ongoing project works. Attending client meetings and managing stakeholders. Manage the P&L and budgets. Issuing permits to work. Manage agreed KPI and SLAs. Responsible for managing the companys H&S and environmental performance on site. Plan and implement shutdowns. Management of reports. Responsible for the permit system. Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following: Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher. Proven background in managing high end, trophy buildings. Strong understanding of building management systems. Strong technical engineering understanding. Previous experience of managing contractors. One of the established names in the commercial building maintenance industry is looking to recruit a Senior Contract Manager to work on a healthcare contract based in London. They are looking for a senior manager with a strong technical understandingand a healthcare background who will be able to provide a first class customer service and be able to organise, manage and motivate their team. Two to three days a week will be spent working out of the Kent office with travel to each of the locations as and when needed. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8-5 and the main duties of the role are as follows: Ensure client satisfaction levels are at a constantly high level, leading to development of the contract to increase the contract responsibilities. Oversee all technical aspects of the contract making sure downtimeis a minimum. Ensure contractual levels are obtained and superseded and an in depth knowledge of the contract is maintained and demonstrated on the internal monthly contractual review meetings with the senior management team. Ensure contractually agreed KPIs / SLAs are met. Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with the client on a weekly basis, or as required. Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders to ensure timely completion and close out, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary. Provide leadership and management to the site team as necessary. Applicants for this role must be able to meet the following criteria: Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrically or mechanically qualified to recognised level ie C&G, HNC/HND. Proven experience and involvement in managing healthcare maintenance businesses. A strong and committed team player capable of prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
