CBW are currently recruiting for a Fire Alarm Engineer to work across seven high-end residential buildings, mainly around the Canary Wharf area. The successful candidate will have proven experience working on fire alarm and life safety systems, including PPMs, remedial works, fault-finding, testing, and general maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £52,000, overtime, and further technical training. Completing all remedial works identified through PPMs and inspections. Testing, commissioning, and fault-finding on fire alarm and life safety systems. Undertaking routine fire alarm testing and certification. Servicing and maintaining a range of fire and life safety systems including: Conventional and addressable fire alarm systems Emergency lighting interfaces Fire panels, detectors, sounders, and call points Ensuring all work complies with current British Standards and fire safety regulations. Providing clear service reports and communicating recommendations to site management and clients.
