CBW is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a mixed-use residential building providing a selection of beautiful apartments as well as independent coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. As the on-site Lead / Supervisor, you will ensure all maintenance and compliance standards are met while supporting a critical operation with minimal downtime. Balancing your time between looking after a team of 3/4 engineers you will also carry out hands on PPM reactive maintenance as and when required. br b Hours for work /b br Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 17:00pm br NO CALL OUT br b Key duties responsibilities /b br ul li Serve as the primary on-site contact for all client liaison, ensuring a professional and responsive service is consistently delivered /li li Oversee the completion of all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities in line with schedules and compliance standards /li li Coordinate and close out actions from audits, client meetings, and site inspections in a timely manner /li li Compile and submit monthly performance reports and updates as required /li li Review and sign off all job sheets for clarity, accuracy, and any necessary remedial actions /li li Provide detailed documentation of works carried out, raising any follow-up tasks where needed /li li Respond to all reactive and emergency call-outs efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations /li li Diagnose plant faults and breakdowns, raise quotations for repairs, and liaise with management for approval /li li Ensure all plant and building services are maintained in safe, efficient working order /li li Undertake electrical inspection and testing duties in line with regulations and best practices /li li Conduct routine site audits and ensure full statutory compliance is maintained across all building xjlbheb systems /li li Supervise and coordinate all on-site contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with site rules and safety procedures /li li Deliver regular toolbox talks, safety briefings, and promote best practice in health and safety across the site /li /ul b Requirements /b br ul li Recognised Mechanical qualification (City Guilds or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline /li li Proven experience leading or supervising an engineering team /li li Solid background in building services and M E maintenance operations /li li Residential or Hotel experience would be highly desirable (Not essential) /li li Excellent customer service skills /li /ul br
