Please note this position is a mobile role covering multiple sites.Youll carry out general repairs, minor plumbing, basic joinery and electrical work. br b Key Responsibilities: /b br ul li Perform general building maintenance including plumbing repairs (e.g. fixing taps, toilets, clearing blockages). /li li Carry out basic joinery tasks such as fitting shelves, hanging pictures, and lock installations. /li li Assist with minor electrical tasks like changing lamps and supporting electrical installations. /li li Monitor and supervise external contractors, ensuring compliance with RAMS and site procedures. /li li Manage materials, supplies, and tools for ongoing maintenance tasks. /li li Provide accurate updates on job progress to the helpdesk and scheduling teams. /li li Assist in ensuring the building remains compliant, functional, and safe at all times. /li /ul b Person Specification: /b br ul li 23 years experience in a similar multi-skilled or facilities maintenance role. /li li Working knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and basic plumbing/joinery/electrical skills. /li li Comfortable using IT systems and updating maintenance records. /li li Health Safety awareness (CSCS card, IOSH or equivalent is desirable). /li li Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure, and manage time efficiently. /li li Strong team player with a proactive and professional approach. /li /ul b Salary Benefits: /b br ul li Basic salary of £31,000. /li li 32 days holiday including bank. /li li Generous workplace pension scheme. xjlbheb /li li Training, development progression opportunities. /li /ul br
