You’ll carry out servicing, fault-finding, repairs and minor installations on a range of commercial heating systems across sites such as schools, offices, care homes, retail outlets and public buildings.

    You will be working both independently and occasionally as part of a small team, covering a patch within Manchester & the North West region.

    Package:

    Responsibilities:
    Servicing and maintenance of a variety of commercial gas appliances and systems, including boilers, heaters, and pipeworkPerform routine inspections and safety checks to ensure gas systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with industry standardsDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in gas appliances, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum safetyConduct gas leak tests and carbon monoxide checks to identify and mitigate potential hazardsCollaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate complex repairs and system upgradesAdhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to promote a safe working environment
    Qualifications:

    The Role:
    We are seeking a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a small, supportive team of two based in Holborn. You will be responsible for the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical systems, while also assisting with basic mechanical duties as required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.

    Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively.

    Support with general building services and light mechanical maintenance when required.

    Work closely within a small team to ensure smooth operation of building services.

    Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks).

    Requirements:
