    Role Responsibilities

    Respond to reactive callouts across the residential estate

    Maintain accurate records, service sheets, and compliance documentation

    Ensure all work aligns with fire safety regulations and standards

    RequirementsExperience with sprinkler systems (installation or maintenance)

    Knowledge of domestic and commercial sprinkler sets

    Dry/Wet riser maintenance or installation experience (training may be provided)

    Strong understanding of fire suppression systems and safety compliance
