CBW are currently recruiting for a Heat Interface Unit Engineer (HIU) to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to HIU units, across a number of residential properties in and around London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with HIU maintenance and a proven track record working in commercial or high end residential properties. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £48,000 based on experience and a travel card or company vehicle.

    Key duties & Responsibilities
    Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU)Maintaining thermal stores, unvented cylinders, Air heat pumpsReplacing pumps in the plant roomsRemedial works on the HIUGeneral plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders,HIU MaintenanceChanging and servicing of water temp sensors etc.Bleeding radiatorsEnsure all tasks are completed within the agreed timescales, managing the workload accordingly.Demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and prioritise business needs.Consistently communicate effectively, in an appropriate manner, whilst building and maintaining positive working relationships, both internally and externally.Hours of work
