As a Nights Warehouse Operative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and products. Our Nights Warehouse Operatives are responsible for the accurate and timely picking and packing of customer orders using our voice picking system. Duties include:Picking of goods from despatch according to picking procedures and KPIsAdministration of picking documents as appropriateEnsuring all routes are picked correctly and efficiently in line with the company load plannerEnsuring products picked are of saleable quality in accordance with company policy, Health and Safety and qualityEnsuring the correct labelling of all orders for despatchCompliance with Health and Safety and Hygiene legislationDon’t worry if you are new to the field as full training will be provided but you should be:A team player who can also work independentlySomeone who shows attention to detailConsider yourself physically fitHave basic literacy and numeracy skillsBe prepared to work in a cold store at -18 °C (full protective equipment is provided)You will be required to work 36 hours per week, 4 shifts to include a Sunday and Friday from 18:30 to 04:30.Benefits include:A competitive salary of £31,005.00 plus monthly bonus scheme20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro rata).
