While you might not have heard of us (yet) over 36,000 accounting and audit professionals list Caseware as a skill on their LinkedIn profiles!As Caseware enters its next phase of growth within the UK corporate sector, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented New Business Account Manager to help expand our presence and unlock new opportunities across the market.This role focuses on retaining, expanding, and developing Caseware’s footprint within UK corporate and government organisations, with a particular emphasis on solutions that support internal audit teams, including:•Caseware IDEA – Data analytics•Caseware Extractly – AI-powered document analysis to Excel•Caseware Validate – AI-driven financial statement comparisonYou will be responsible for both new business development and account growth, using a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities for upselling licences, professional services, and cross-selling across the wider Caseware portfolio.As a key member of a growing UK Sales team, you will play an important role in shaping the next evolution of our corporate sales strategy.What you will do:Revenue Growth & Account Management:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the your assigned territoryAchieve and exceed agreed annual sales targets (minimum £250,000)Build and execute a strategic territory planMaintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecastingClient Engagement & Solution Selling:Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing features, benefits, and valueApply consultative selling techniques to drive product adoption and increase client satisfactionStrengthen long-term client relationships to maximise retention and NPSRespond to inbound enquiries promptly and professionallyMarketing & Brand Representation:Partner with Marketing to deliver territory-specific campaigns and engagement strategiesRepresent Caseware at industry events, webinars, seminars, and client meetingsSupport the preparation of marketing collateral and campaign resourcesOperational Excellence:Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM recordsFollow established sales processes and proceduresManage priority tasks and opportunities effectivelySupport sales administration and wider team initiatives as requiredWhat you will bring:Proven success in software, SaaS, ERP, or technology salesSome experience with data analytics products Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow existing accountsExperience building and executing a territory planConsistent achievement of sales quotas in a high-growth environmentStrong forecasting and pipeline management capabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommercial awareness and consultative selling mindsetKnowledge of the accounting or audit profession (advantageous but not essential)You’ll also be comfortable working in a scaling sales organisation and excited to contribute as a key member of a growing team.What's in it for you:️Innovation is at our core.
