    We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Agent to oversee the successful delivery of major highways and infrastructure schemes across the UK. The ideal candidate will come from a Highways England (National Highways) or large-scale civil engineering background and be confident managing complex, fast-paced projects from start to finish.
    This role requires someone willing to lodge away during the week, with all accommodation and travel expenses covered.
    Key Responsibilities
    ·Take full ownership of day-to-day site management on major highways schemes.
    ·Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
    ·Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
    ·Manage and review RAMS, ITPs, site diaries, progress reports, and programme updates.
    ·Liaise closely with clients, project managers, engineers, and local authorities.
    ·Drive Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance to the highest standard.
    ·Coordinate resources, materials, and logistics efficiently to meet deadlines.
    ·Support project planning, forecasting, and risk management activities.
    Requirements
    ·Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Agent in Highways or Major Infrastructure projects.
    ·Excellent working knowledge of Highways England (DMRB) specifications and HSE legislation.
    ·Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
    ·Competent in Microsoft Office, site documentation, and project reporting tools.
    ·Relevant qualifications including:
    ·CSCS (Black or Gold Card)
    ·SMSTS
    ·First Aid at Work
    ·(NRSWA or Temporary Works Coordinator desirable)

They're now looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager or emerging Project Manager to support the smooth running of key projects from pre-start through to handover.
    This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a client-facing, delivery-focused role where you'll work alongside the senior leadership team to oversee the day-to-day progress of live works.


    Key Responsibilities
    Project Coordination & Delivery
    ·Support and develop construction programmes, track progress, and maintain key delivery targets.
    ·Act as the on-site lead or number two on projects depending on experience, stepping up as the responsible Assistant Project Manager on smaller packages.
    ·Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and compliant execution of works.
    Client & Stakeholder Liaison
    ·Represent the company professionally as a key point of contact, working closely with clients, consultants, and third parties.
    ·Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and wider team, flagging any issues that may affect delivery.
    Commercial & Budget Control
    ·Assist with cost monitoring, progress valuations, and financial reporting, supporting the Project Manager in managing budgets and variations.
    ·Identify and propose value engineering opportunities as an integral part of the Assistant Project Manager role.
    Health, Safety & Quality Assurance
    ·Uphold safety standards on site and ensure compliance with internal procedures and statutory regulations.
    ·Carry out site inspections and work with the Project Manager to implement any corrective actions required.


    Ideal Background
    ·Proven experience in civil engineering or structural projects in a role such as Site Engineer, Site Manager, or Assistant Project Manager.
    ·Strong technical understanding and knowledge of construction sequencing, HSEQ standards, and subcontractor management.
    ·Ambition to grow into a full Project Manager role in the near future.

    ·Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contracting environment.
    ·Degree-qualified, or HND/HNC equivalent.
    ·Working towards a recognised professional qualification.
    ·Substantial post-degree experience in a commercial department.
    ·Working knowledge of construction industry conditions of contract.
    ·Strong proficiency with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
    ·Confidence in training, coaching, and supporting junior staff.

    We are looking for experienced Planner's with a strong knowledge of national planning policy and who ideally come from a Local Authority background. The ideal candidates will be working towards tight deadlines with minimal supervision and will have the ability to prioritise daily work loads. You will be focussed on developing the broad content of the policies working toward the Local Plan.

    You will be an experienced and motivated Planner who is degree and preferably masters qualified. You will also have a very strong knowledge of planning legislation and process and have excellent communication skills.
