Carrying out carry out all general gas works in customers' premises - fault diagnosing and repairing of modern and traditional boilers, being able to carry out repairs to central heating control systems. Communicating with customers to explain the correct operation of gas boilers and associated controls and the importance of regularly servicing and a full explanation of fault diagnosis. Requirements As a minimum you must have: Full ACS Qualification: CCN1, CEN1, WAT1 & LPG, (Permanent dwellings) G3 Unvented Hot Water Qualification Previous working domestic heating service experience. Excellent Customer handling and communication skills Well organised and methodical, with ability to show attention to detail in all matters. Ability to work well in a team; positive attitude with a proactive approach to teamwork and motivation. Valid UK driving licence. What will you be doing?
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Data Centre market.Identify, qualify, target, and develop new DC accounts (end users / contractors / consultantsManaged and develop existing strategic key accounts - secure orders and develop enquiries.Build specification pipeline and backlog with designer clients, as part of business plan.Liaise with Data Centre Project Management team on projects, ensuring customer service excellence.Ensure regular customer contact with identified target stakeholders - travel will be required.

Responsibilities
Supporting customers with the Installation and commissioning of heat pumps, including help on selection and commissioning of control devices (BMS).Providing pre and post sales technical support to our European and UK customers, covering all Heat pump products (VRF, LC Residential, Air 2 Water)Preparing and presenting technical product training to EMEA customers.Liaising with internal members as necessary to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
