As a Deputy Cook, you will ensure the nutritional content of the meals provided and cater for the dietary needs of all residents. You will be responsible for the meal service and provision of refreshments for the residents and visitors at the Home as well as ensuring the smooth operational running of the kitchen and that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained.About The RoleResponsibilities:Preparing and cooking nutritious food daily to ensure a balanced diet for residents.Preparing written menus and weekly list for food suppliesProviding alternative choice for residents as requiredEnsure knowledge of residents with special diet or allergies.
