The Role As a Family Help Social Worker, you ll: Manage a varied and complex caseload as the Family Help Lead Practitioner. Complete assessments, identify risk, and develop effective Family Help Plans. Build restorative relationships with children, young people, and their families. Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver coordinated support. Chair and contribute to Child in Need meetings, Core Groups, Strategy Meetings, and other multi-agency forums. Undertake safeguarding and child protection work where required. Complete high-quality recordings, assessments, reports, and court work where necessary.
