Job DescriptionA Human Resources Information Systems Specialist is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our global life sciences client based in Ireland. The position is a 9 -month contract supporting the rollout of a new WFM IT system across Europe. It is home office based in Ireland or Europe with some travel to Irish and European offices.
Role of this position Day to day system maintenance including providing support to business to ensure system compliance Responding to customer inquiries ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements Troubleshoot system issues promptly to minimize downtime with escalation to higher level support for resolution Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into workforce trends, enabling informed decision-making Provide ongoing training for end-users to ensure proficient utilization of the Workforce Management System JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, BIS or a related field preferred Good knowledge of WFM systems and implementation experience preferred Fluency in English and German, French or Polish required.
