The Role of Design Engineer: Working closely with Estimating, Production, Procurement and Project teams, you'll take projects from concept through to manufacture, producing high-quality technical designs that meet both client expectations and manufacturing requirements. Producing detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models Developing and refining designs throughout each project Creating fabrication drawings and technical documentation Supporting estimating, procurement and production teams with technical expertise Liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues to ensure successful project delivery Attending occasional client meetings and site visits As Design Engineer you will have: At least 5 years' experience in a Design Engineer, CAD Designer or similar manufacturing role Strong CAD skills using Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawing standards Experience interpreting architectural drawings Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments What's on Offer? £40,000 - £45,000 salary depending on experience plus 31 days' holiday (incl.
