  As a Registered Nurse on our night shift team, you will provide person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs. You will be responsible for medication administration, monitoring clinical observations, leading and supporting the care team throughout the day, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring each person feels safe, respected, and empowered. With a strong focus on promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing, you will contribute to a calm, engaging, and homely atmosphere.
