    Personalized Care: Follow and support each resident's personalized care plan, providing hands-on help and thoughtful attention to their individual needs.
    Health and Wellbeing: Keep a close eye on residents' health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, and helping with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.
    Champion Dignity: Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued and cared for in every interaction.
    Social Support: Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
    Safety and Comfort: Work with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces, and respond quickly to emergencies or call bells.
    Nutritional Support: Assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.

    As a Registered Nurse on our night shift team, you will provide person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs. You will be responsible for medication administration, monitoring clinical observations, leading and supporting the care team throughout the day, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring each person feels safe, respected, and empowered. With a strong focus on promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing, you will contribute to a calm, engaging, and homely atmosphere. You will also respond promptly to any changes in residents' health and ensure that all care is delivered safely, compassionately, and in line with best practice.What We're Looking ForRegistered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)Passionate about person-centred careExcellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skillsApproachable, calm, and respectful under pressureExperience in care homes is welcome but not essential - we welcome newly qualified nurses and those new to careAbout Us
