Joining a well-established Private Client Tax team, the successful candidate will work with a diverse portfolio including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, partnerships, sole traders, and family-owned businesses. The role combines both advisory and compliance responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships and delivering strategic tax advice.
As an Associate Director, responsibilities will include:Managing and developing key client relationships, acting as a trusted adviserLeading a variety of complex advisory and technical tax projectsIdentifying and pursuing business development opportunitiesCollaborating with senior stakeholders to expand service offeringsOverseeing the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory workLeading, mentoring, and developing junior team membersEnsuring effective team management, including workflow planning and review processesWorking closely with other service lines to deliver a seamless client experienceCandidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, technically strong, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service. They will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be confident leading both people and projects.
