We’re looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join our End User Services team and play a key role in supporting and evolving a large-scale, enterprise Windows device estate.Job title:Endpoint Management SpecialistJob Description:*This is a Hybrid role - candidate will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week, located in Hillview House, Belfast*What We’re Looking ForProven experience in a similar endpoint management or EUC role, ideally within a large, complex enterprise environmentStrong hands-on experience with Altiris, Intune, and/or SCCM (Altiris experience is highly desirable)Solid understanding of Windows endpoint environments and device lifecycle managementStrong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skillsA good working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, proxies, firewalls, and subnetsExperience working on organised project activity alongside BAU supportClear and confident written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working collaboratively across technical and service teamsYou’ll be responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of endpoint management platforms that manage circa 100,000 end-user devices, ensuring stability, security, and compliance across the environment.
