Job Description:This role is based on-site at our Assessment Centre in Lichfield. As part of our commitment to building an inclusive and diverse workforce, we would particularly welcome applications from people who are from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds.
What you'll be doing lead the charge in coordinating clinicians and health technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Medical Wing
deliver hands-on care by conducting a range of medical screening tests including ECGs, spirometry, audiometry, and more
support every candidate's journey by clearly explaining their results and outlining next steps before they leave the medical centre
keep operations running smoothly by managing medical supplies, procurement, and stock accountability
build trusted relationships through effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders
stay sharp behind the scenes by handling essential admin tasks and using IT systems confidently to maintain accurate records
What we're looking for Essential Skillsregistered Nurse with a valid NMC qualification
confident IT user, comfortable navigating digital systems and tools
strong people management and communication skills, with experience working across
diverse teams and collaborative environmentsknowledgeable in medical equipment and consumables used in clinical testing environments
Desirable Skillsprevious experience in health screening is desirable; however, training will be provided for all clinical tests and procedures
