About the role – Service ManagerWe are looking for a Service Manager who can provide the leadership to consolidate our achievements to date and to seek out opportunities to build upon these. You will manage an established and highly motivated team which encompasses a diverse range of skills and responsibilities, ensuring that people in D&G continue to benefit from our exceptional person-centred support. Responding to need is important to us and you will be a champion of the local community, with the curiosity, vision, and confidence to search out and nurture new opportunities. You should be someone who is keen to implement innovation while maintaining a positive environment.This role is a gift for someone who would like to put a vision into practice. I enjoy being as independent as possible. I have dementia and can be a little forgetful, which is why I am needing help with my daily living tasks which include: Washing and dressing Breakfast Medication The person I am looking to employ to help support me must have the following qualities: Friendly Reliable Hosnest and Trustworthy Good sense of humour and good conversation Patience If you think this is the role for you then I would love to hear from you. I am looking for support two days per week and every alternate weekend. I normally have two hours in the morning as I like to get up early to get my glad rags on and to go to my club, and one hour in the evening to help me out of my glad rags. A sample of my rota is belowbut the hours will be discussed at interview as you would be working alternate days from my other personal assistant. I am looking for a personal assistant for 14 hours per week. The hours will mainly be in the afternoon however needs to be flexible due to my college schedule. I am looking for someone to help with housekeeping which will include laundry and general cleaning. The role will also include help with shopping. Personal care may be required on occasion. I am looking for a personal assistant to help me with daily living tasks. I'm a kind and gentle person who enjoys a quiet and peaceful life. I love doing puzzles such as daily Wordle. I also like to go into my beautiful garden with my dogs and to go for short walks if the weather is good. I also like to watch sports on my iPad and reading. I enjoy good food and after a long day like to relax by the fire with my dogs and a glass of red wine.
