As our Human Resources Digital Specialist, you’ll combine operational HR expertise with technical capability to deliver efficient, accurate, and compliant HR operations across the colleague lifecycle.What you’ll doDeliver efficient, accurate, and compliant HR operations across the full colleague lifecycle,Be the bridge between HR, line managers, and colleagues. You’ll combine operational HR expertise with strong technical capability.Act as the Workday Subject Matter Expert in our HR Operations team, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with HRIS and the wider HR Operations team to drive continuous improvement.Maintain and enhance HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and support new functionality.Produce HR dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making.Manage end-to-end colleague lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.Support annual pay and bonus cycles, organisational design, and HR communications.Why join us?Competitive salary £35,000 – £45,000.Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) with flexibility on start and finish times in line with our core hours.
