What we’re looking for in a Data Migration Consultant: Proven track record in designing and implementing solutions, including data mapping, transformation, reconciliations and validation.Strong understanding of database design principles, data modelling, and normalisation.Strong understanding of database structures, principles, and practices, with experience in relational databases such as SQL Server.Ability to troubleshoot and optimise queries and database structures for improved performance and resource management.Proven experience in large-scale projects, preferably within the pensions or financial services industry.Skilled in ETL processes, data cleansing, and mapping strategies.
