This pivotal role aims to elevate our rugby programme to the next level by driving excellence in coaching, player development, and structural alignment. This position is supported through a formal co-investment and strategic relationship with Ulster Rugby and the IRFU. Working alongside existing College personnel, the successful candidate will drive the school's rugby strategy from U12 through to the 1 st XV, ensuring a sustainable, top-tier pathway.
