    Camlin require a confident, capable, technically minded individual with an engineering background to join our Service Centre team. The successful candidate can expect to join a highly motivated team of customer focused engineers and technicians who work at the forefront of electricity network system innovation.
    The day-to-day role will be a mix of product servicing, scheduled maintenance, and customer technical support tasks. It also includes, assessing product performance, and maintaining effective communication, with a focus on safety and quality.
    Role breakdown: Responsibility for completion of unit repair/service/maintenance to company standards and specifications. Repair, maintain and service Camlin products using standardised techniques, testing, tools and practices. Accurate completion of repair/service/maintenance documentation. Adoption of controlled company documentation and instrumentation practices and guidelines. Documenting and assessing required repair work on company products prior to quote. Other duties as directed by management, commensurate with the role. Provide technical product support alongside Camlin service professionals as required. Communication: Maintain clear and concise business communication, both written and oral. Health and Safety: Always adhere to health and safety guidelines. Training: Full training will be provided on the job.The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate good electronic and electrical knowledge and maintain high technical level of product knowledge. They must be team oriented, flexible and actively seek to share information and assist their peers.
    WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering NVQ or equivalent preferred. Must possess a strong safety mind-set. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word/Powerpoint/Microsoft Teams.

    What to expect day to day: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CloudOps Engineer to help automate, deploy and secure customer facing Cloud solutions using DevSecOps practices such as automation, CI Pipelines and Infrastructure as Code & security.
    You will work alongside Software Development, Product and Operations teams to identify and eliminate constraints in the product life cycle.

    Customer Insight and Data Solutions Analyst Reports To Business Solution Owner
    We are seeking a passionate and analytical Customer Insight and Data Solutions analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping our customer-centric strategy. Design and execute data analysis projects to identify trends, understand customer and uncover opportunities for improvement across the customer journey. Researching financial and regulatory reports, problem solving and working to find root cause analysis. Proactively identify and champion initiatives that enhance service delivery.     Experience Essential: A combination of data management and business knowledge to be able to translate the use case needs into data driven solutions.     Role DescriptionThe Mid-Level Firmware Engineer in the Real-Time Applications unit is a key contributor responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing cutting-edge solutions using DSP and Microcontroller technologies. Role Responsibilities· Design and implement real-time systems, including DSP algorithms and Microcontroller firmware, tailored to project requirements.· Ensure firmware meets strict real-time performance constraints, focusing on latency, throughput, and efficient use of system resources (e.g. memory, processing power).· Lead efforts in hardware/software integration to ensure seamless operation of real-time solutions.· Optimize the performance and efficiency of signal processing algorithms and embedded systems.· Conduct code reviews, design evaluations, and testing to uphold high-quality standards.· Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in real-time systems, ensuring reliability and robustness.· Debug hardware and software issues, getting to the root cause of the issue.· Propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.· Design high quality systems which comply with regulatory standards.· Stay abreast of advancements in DSP and Microcontroller technologies to introduce innovative approaches to system design.· Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the optimization of workflows, tools, and methodologies. Essential Criteria· Proven professional experience in the design, simulation, implementation, verification and validation of digital circuits on DSP devices and Microcontroller.· Proven experience in programming in C++ and C languages.· Good knowledge of theory of Real Time Operating Systems (e.g. FreeRTOS, Zephyr)· Knowledge of theory and design of complex digital electronic circuits and digital signal processing algorithms (FFT, digital filters, re-sampling, etc.).· Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude.· Experience in the use of laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, signal generators).· Experience with peripheral standards and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, RS232, RGMII, etc.).· Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python).· Proficiency in source code revision control, especially GIT.· Knowledge of agile methodologies.· Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
