Ensure all work meets FCA standards and internal compliance requirements. Proactively spot opportunities for further advice and support Wealth Planners in delivering a seamless client experience. Keep your technical knowledge up to date and contribute to process improvement and best practice sharing across the team. What We’re Looking For Proven experience providing high-quality paraplanning support within a financial planning environment. Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. RQF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
