    Job overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated CAMHS Practitioner to join the Neurodevelopmental CAMHS team in Cambridge. We work with children and young people with moderate to severe mental health disorders with coexisting ASD and ADHD, providing comprehensive assessment and intervention. You will join a supportive team who are passionate about making a difference to young people and their families. We welcome clinicians from a variety of backgrounds to apply including Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Arts Therapists, Teaching, Counselling or within a psychological therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong team and work ethic, sense of autonomy, interest and experience of working with young people, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times. You will have a small caseload of service users and will be delivering therapies focused on trauma processing (TF-CBT and EMDR) and will have opportunities to co facilitate a schema therapy group.  You will also be providing leadership (leading on areas of the service such as our trauma stabilisation group), training, supervision, and consultancy to staff within the team and to other services who refer into this pathway. We are keen to continue to develop more psychoeducational materials that could be available for staff service users and carers so someone interested and experience in creating content would be a great fit for this post. You will undertake risk assessments related to psychological interventions and manage risks in accordance with best practice guidelines and organizational policies. Main duties of the job The Costing and Income team are responsible for the development of CPFT Patient Level Information and Costing System (PLICS), which brings together patient activity with financial data. Develop and maintain the costing and reporting system (Synergy ), including updating and maintaining appropriate allocation methods following review with both Clinical and Non-Clinical Leads within the Trust. Support the development, implementation and operation of Service Line Reporting (SLR) across the wider organisation to produce accurate, timely and reliable management information to facilitate Service Line Management and drive forward service improvements and efficiencies. Strong communication and presentation skills are as important as analytical ability, as the role will need to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders both within and outside the organisation.  Instrumental in costing of services for new developments, reconfigurations, and contract pricing as required.
