    Placement dates: th July – th September We're looking for a Strategy Intern with confident analytical skills to join the Strategy Team, ensuring that our corporate strategy development and business planning is well-evidenced, well organised and well supported. About the role  The Strategy Intern will get to know our organisation, our markets and competitive environment, our operating contexts, our people and our data. They will then combine that understanding with logic and creativity to undertake analyses with the Strategy Team and senior executives on our organisation's most important challenges. As part of this role, you will: Strategic analysis: collect, organise and analyse information, from across and beyond the business to provide analytical support for specific strategic projects and more broadly inform the organisation's strategy and business plans Strategy reporting: collate and produce regular and ad hoc reports for corporate management, drawing out key insights including on competitor activity and market developments and trends Strategy development: support with design and facilitation of stakeholder workshops and meetings Our work in strategy helps the organisation to make a difference to the lives of learners, teachers and researchers around the world. We help our teams to deliver a sustainable contribution to invest in the business and support the University's mission. About you A detail orientated, motivated self-starter; organised, with excellent communication skills; who takes ownership; and values education, integrity and innovation. The successful candidate will be able to distil a high volume of information, potentially confidential, into a concise format that allows key decisions to be taken swiftly. About the role  The Content Team in the International Education business area is responsible for developing educational products for the International and UK schools markets across a wide range of subjects and levels. We are looking for a motivated and organised person to support the Content Team to enhance our processes which could include the safe integration of AI (Copilot) within our role. Key areas of our team's focus are English as an Additional Language (the Language of Learning), pedagogy (the Science of Learning), EDIB (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging), accessibility and syllabus alignment, and we are seeking someone to build a good understanding of the team and it's needs to suggest process improvements to support our increasing responsibilities. As part of this role, you will: Develop an understanding of the Content Team and how we function in the wider International Education business area. Research and suggest new tools or technologies that could improve project timeframes and collaboration efficiency.
