As a Customer Engagement Adviser - Flexible, you'll play a vital part in ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional, endtoend customer service across all our branch locations and the Customer Contact Centre. You will bring your experience, confidence, and passion for outstanding service to whichever location needs you most.
You will report into one of our CCC Team Leads and work across the network throughout the working week, including Saturdays, to help cover planned and unplanned resource gaps.
This role builds directly on the capabilities outlined in the current job description as Customer Engagement Adviser, including providing highquality customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills, and maintaining operational accuracy and compliance.

Salary and working hoursBasic salary £23,751.00FTE working Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week).
Mileage will be reimbursed through the monthly expenses process in line with our existing HMRC mileage approach, with adjustments applied for travel from your nearest branch.Plus, you're required to work a minimum of 26 Saturdays per year, which is paid at an enhanced rate. This means that you can increase your basic annual pay by £1,986.14.
Your career development is important to us so another great incentive we have is a dedicated training plan to develop your knowledge and skills. As you progress through these training accreditation levels you have the potential to increase your basic salary up to £27,000.
