What You'll Be Doing As a Data Scientist , you'll work with large and complex datasets to uncover trends and performance insights, understand customer behaviour, and deliver actionable insights that create measurable business value. Your responsibilities will include: Mine and analyse large customer, transactional and operational datasets to uncover trends, behaviours and opportunities. Deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and improve business performance. Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to develop customer segmentation models and targeted engagement strategies. Measure and evaluate the impact of data-led initiatives on customer experience and revenue growth. Develop data products and self-service insight solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
