    p This FTSE SmallCap listed company with operations in the UK and Southeast Asia is now seeking to recruit a new Company Secretary on a permanent basis. The role is to be offered on a part-time basis with consideration being given to 3 or 4 days per week. /p p This is a great example of a standalone, autonomous Co Sec role, where youll need to turn you hand to everything from supporting the Board to covering off all the daily administrative tasks. It will best fit someone used to operating in this way as opposed to someone used to working as part of a large Secretariat team. Youll need to be a Chartered Secretary with excellent working knowledge of the UK listing rules, UK governance code and companies act. This role, as Assistant Manager, will be reporting to the Head of Client Governance and Company Secretarial. The position will be offered as a six month fixed term contract but does have the possibility of being extended or even developing into a permanent position. /p p br /p p You will support high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed businesses, with responsibility for entity management, complex share transactions, and statutory compliance.
