You’ll be responsible for allocating customer payments, resolving anomalies, managing cases and emails within our CRM system, and working closely with both internal and external customers to deliver prompt, high‑quality resolutions. You’ll track your performance daily against key KPIs, work efficiently to meet SLAs, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our processes and customer experience.
