This person will be a senior engineer who will help both define and build the companies AI strategy moving forward. In the role you will be building large scale machine learning systems, apply the latest techniques whilst working with an elite team of researchers and engineers.
No day will be the same, you will get to work on Driving end to model development lifecycle, leading the team in best practices, ensuring reproducible research and well managed model delivery/deployment. Collaborate cross functionally to share diverse ideas, understand business problems, and elevate/mentor your teammates. Translate complex problems into well-defined scoped bets in an internal startup style environment, dynamic and fast-paced. Learn and apply ground-breaking research and approaches in advanced topics, iterating improvements with fail fast mentality. Be a proactive sharer of compelling ideas/work to the rest of the team and organisation.
What do you need?
Not necisserily the title, we know in the world of AI Engineering you may come from a background of data science, engineering, machine learning although what is key is that you will be deeply involved with productionising and deploying. Strong Python, SQL and programming skills Hands on experience working within areas such as NLP, LLM, recommendation systems Information Retrieval stacks, GenAI (specifically RAG systems). Familiar with architecture and implementation of 1+ ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience working in the full model lifecycle (including experimentation, training, testing, monitoring, and deployment). Good knowledge of AWS’s machine learning infrastructure.

We are currently partnered with a leading innovator in the Environmental Sustainability space as they look for a Data Governance Manager to work alongside their ever-growing team as they embark on a 5-Year Digital Transformation.
This multi billion pound organisation has been on a data journey, this is a new area and initiative that they were introducing/implementing to bring structure, process and governance to how they manage their data with the sole purpose of ensuring that the information & analysis provided to the business is of the highest integrity/quality thus providing maximum value add. The role hire is predominantly 3 fold:
Implement and bring to life the Framework and Operating Model that Joel and Andy created. In short bridging the gap between the theoretical frameworks created and day to day operational and working practices of the business. Ensuring that the frameworks & models are integrated into the working practices of the business. The successful candidate will offer a practical & pragmatic approach to ensure that the business understands the value. Where possible they explore automated data quality measures to drive efficiencies. The business are currently trialing Microsoft Purview so any exposure in implement or working with this would be beneficial (although this is a very new product) Implement a Master Data Management Framework (MDM) to define, manage & maintain accurate key data across the business. The MDM framework will work in harmony with the Data Governance model providing the execution layer to handle key data sets Champion Data governance across the business and work with key stakeholders in a pragmatic and practical fashion to deliver real business value.. To ensure that data governance is not just making sure policies and procedures are compliant but that it is in line with business objectives. This will include stakeholder in the business and technology functions.

The Role:
This is a hands-on Senior Quality Assurance Engineer role focusing predominantly on manual testing , with the opportunity to influence automation strategies over time. You will be responsible for validating software solutions developed by a remote engineering team, working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance product quality.
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to testing, providing early feedback to the engineering team to help shape enhancements before they go live. This is not just about executing test cases—it’s about driving quality across the full solution scope.

Are you a new business hunter looking to be a part of a growing name within the beauty industry?
As the first Sales Director you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition and revenue growth. As one of the first members of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads across salons, aesthetics clinics, wellness studios, and independent beauty brands.
What will I be selling?
You will be working closely with the CEO & Director of Technology in building the companies sales strategy, the business whilst not being a tech business has developed a SaaS technology product with the ability of being white labelled and sold across the industry.
This is very early stage, whilst we don't expect sales experience in the industry, having experience of full technology sales cycles is key, with the ability to sell you best see fit. The first year will be foscused around lead generation, with bonuses linked to this and also sales cycles. This role will be fundimental in getting this product to market.
You will need to have proven experience of selling and full end to end sales lifecycles.
Key responsibilities: Own and manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified small to medium-sized beauty businesses. Understand customer pain points and articulate how our solution meets their needs. Deliver engaging product demos and onboarding sessions to prospective clients. Support the creation of marketing and sales enablement materials. Provide feedback and insights from customers to inform product and business strategy. Represent the company at relevant industry events, webinars, and meetups as required.
Key requirements: Essential: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with excellent pipeline and CRM management. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable operating in a start-up or scale-up environment with shifting priorities. Results-oriented, with a focus on growth and performance.
