    PURPOSE:

    You will act as a pivotal architect of Burberry's internal narrative, harmonising our Responsibility and Human Resources visions to inspire a global collective.     RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Serve as the Business Partner to HR and Responsibility to manage the creation of content and storytelling related to Burberry's People Priorities and Responsibility agenda to inspire and connect colleagues to Burberry's Purpose and Values.     EXPERIENCE:
    Relevant experience, and a proven ability to work well under pressure and create strong relationships, working across teams to deliver best in class communications, complemented by a friendly and flexible approach. Proven experience in report writing and PowerPoint presentations as well as ability to create compelling creative content e.g., videos, panel discussions, podcasts, broadcasts, web pages etc. A team player and a self-starter, able to use their initiative and be responsive to contact outside traditional working times. Experience working with digital channels including SharePoint Strong Internal Communications and Employee Engagement experience Experience of supporting strategy development and managing communications/design/digital agencies Passion for the brand and an understanding of the luxury/fashion industry

    JOB PURPOSE

    We are looking for an exceptionally organised Digital & Graphic Design Project Manager to join our dynamic creative organisation.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    PURPOSE

    The Customer Operations Project Manager is responsible for ensuring Customer Marketing and CRM plans are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. The role contributes to the delivery of refined, cohesive design across owned media channels in collaboration with senior team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign pixel-perfect digital experiences in collaboration with Marketing and Art Directors.Deliver seasonal and campaign design projects aligned with brand guidelines.Lead monthly e-mail sprints, support with all editorial and commercial parts of the site, such as homepage and gifting pages.Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and high-fidelity prototyping.Clearly articulate design rationale and contribute to creative discussions.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency, innovation, and quality.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior designers.Push creative boundaries to keep Burberry’s digital output industry leading.Participate in cross-channel workshops to align creative direction.Partner with Production teams to scope work, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.Analyse data insights to inform and implement design improvements.PERSONAL PROFILEProven experience in a digital design role, ideally within luxury or fashion.Strong portfolio demonstrating collaboration with marketing, art direction, and content teams.Expertise in mobile-first, responsive, and adaptive design principles.Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion/animation experience (e.g. After Effects) is a plus.Proficient in digital prototyping tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
