    MEP Manager Mechanical Bias Location: West London Contract: 46 weeks Start: Immediate / Monday start Rate: £350 per day Working Pattern: Site-based, seven days per week We are recruiting for an experienced MEP Manager with a strong mechanical background to support a fast-paced project in West London. This is an urgent requirement, with the successful candidate expected to start on site immediately. The role will involve overseeing a key MEP subcontractor and coordinating a range of mechanical and associated building-services works across the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring progress, coordinating site activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring the subcontractor delivers its works in line with the programme. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the delivery of mechanical and MEP works on site. Act as the main point of contact for the appointed MEP subcontractor. Coordinate and monitor the installation and progress of key building-services packages. Oversee works relating to: Sprinkler systems Ductwork and ventilation Pipework Air-conditioning systems Fire alarm installations Associated mechanical and building-services works Review progress against the construction programme and identify potential delays or issues. Coordinate subcontractor activities with the wider site and project teams. Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and relevant regulations.
