Ensuring exceptional food hygiene and safety standards across the kitchen while manage food costs, ordering, and stock control efficiently.You will work closely with the General Manager and Director to ensure a seamless, memorable guest experience in a very fast paced kitchen while training, mentoring and developing the junior chefs.Our head chefs oversee the daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in quality, consistency, and food presentation.
