To deliver a first-class admissions service for the University’s applicants, offering official and professional advice directly to applicants, while ensuring the quality of service is constantly improving. This is a key post to support the Home Admissions Manager in all processes involved in the applicant journey from enquiry to enrolment. The role involves leading the entire admissions cycle from initial enquiry to registration for a set of courses, including regular reporting on admissions, monitoring and sharing admissions data, improving customer satisfaction rates within the admissions process and contributing to admissions relationships with colleagues in academic areas.
