Join us now and give your career a home.Permanent (P)Total weekly hours: 37.5Your responsibilities:Build and manage relationships with Key Account Managers and retailer marketing/merchandising teams to ensure commercial alignment and maximise joint opportunities.Develop and deliver retailer-specific trade marketing plans (product launches, promotions, brand comms) for full 360° execution across in-store and online channels.Own and manage the Retailer Marketing (RCC) budget, setting objectives, monitoring spend, and ensuring activities deliver agreed ROI and support account turnover targets.Drive POS and digital shelf excellence — brief, coordinate and approve in‑store displays, POS materials and retailer website/content to maximise visibility during key sales periods.Monitor performance, analyse campaign results and shopper behaviour, provide actionable insights and report to KAMs, Brand/Category teams and Group Trade Marketing Manager.
  Your profile:Proven trade/retail marketing experience with demonstrable success managing relationships with key retail accounts and cross‑functional stakeholders.Strong commercial mindset: experienced in budget (RCC) management, ROI evaluation and aligning activity to sales and margin targets.Excellent project management and multi‑channel execution skills — able to run several retailer initiatives concurrently and deliver to deadline.Highly analytical with advanced Excel capability and experience using data to optimise promotions, ranges and shopper journeys; comfortable producing clear reports and recommendations.Outstanding communicator and influencer (internal and external), resilient and results‑driven, team player with a proactive “can‑do” attitude; willing to travel and hold a full clean driving licence.

Join us now and give your career a home.Fixed Term (FTC); 12 monthsTotal weekly hours: 37.5Your responsibilities:Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Managing the digital learning portal by adding new users, creating and updating courses, and designing visual content like banners and images.Training Delivery Support: Assisting trainers with the setup for both face-to-face and virtual training events, including preparing props and materials. Opportunities to deliver.Digital Content Creation: Supporting the design and creation of digital learning materials, which includes researching topics, storyboarding, and using tools like Articulate RISE and PowerPoint.Hosting and Facilitation: Acting as a front-of-house host to ensure visitors have an exceptional experience and co-hosting live virtual classroom sessions.Showroom and Brand Management: Working in the to support events and ensure the environment professionally represents BSH brands and standards.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, modifications, and installations of home appliances to ensure first-time resolution.Deliver Excellent Customer Service. Advise customers on correct product usage, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong relationships with customers and support teams.Maintain Compliance and Safety. Work within company policies, ensure a safe working environment, and adhere to health and safety standards at all times.Manage Tools and Inventory. Keep van stock, tools, and equipment in good condition, safeguard company property, and report unusual defects.Continuous Learning and Team Contribution.
