About the Company Qualified Residential Support Worker Location: Green Lane, Leigh Salary: £27,999.72 – £29,428.49 (DOE), £101 sleep in rate Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Residential Support Worker to join a brand-new team at a 2-bed children’s home in Leigh. This is a great opportunity to be part of setting up a new service and making a real difference from day one. The home supports children with SEMH, EBD and learning difficulties, so we’re looking for someone who is confident, compassionate and able to build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working under an experienced Registered Manager, helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
