Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. /li li strong Finance Collaboration: /strong Work closely with the Finance team to provide accurate data for monthly payroll processing, including tracking bonuses, salary adjustments, and pro-rated leaves. /li li strong Data Reporting: /strong Utilise Excel to maintain trackers and generate reports on turnover, headcount, and leave balances. You must manage complex data sets with 100% accuracy. /li li strong Compliance: /strong Support annual audits and ensure all right-to-work documentation and international visas are tracked and renewed on time. /li li strong Onboarding/Offboarding: /strong Carrying out full right to work processes. /li /ul p br /p p br /p p strong Qualifications /strong /p p br /p ul li strong Experience: /strong 1–3 years in an HR administrative or operational role, ideally within a multi-country or high-growth environment. /li li strong Technical Proficiency: /strong Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas are a daily requirement).
