The role Head of Product, PCA As Head of Product for PCA, you'll be responsible for setting direction and leading the delivery of digital products that support critical operational and performance related decision making across British Airways. This is a senior, hands on product leadership role. You will work closely with engineering, analytics and operational teams, staying close to delivery, product tooling and data to ensure products are practical, scalable and delivering real, measurable outcomes in live environments. This is a senior, hands on leadership role.
