As part of our continued growth and investment, we are now seeking additional Warehouse Production Operatives to join our expanding team in 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an innovative, fast‑paced environment working with modern warehouse systems and production equipment.As a Warehouse Production Operative at Brett Martin Ltd, you will work:08:15 - 17:15 Mon - Thu 08:15 - 14:45 Fri You’ll be joining a workplace that values teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement — with opportunities to develop new skills and contribute to a high‑performing warehouse operation.
    About The RoleCore DutiesInspect and package finished products to the required quality standards.Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.Handle non‑conforming products in accordance with established procedures.Learn new processes and support ongoing training activities.Carry out picking duties accurately and efficiently.Put products away in designated storage locations.Assist with loading vehicles in line with safety and operational requirements.Forklift OperationOperate a forklift safely and efficiently as required.Move raw materials, finished goods, and waste to designated areas.Carry out daily forklift safety checks and follow site traffic rules.Support production flow by ensuring materials are delivered to the line on time.Health & SafetyWork safely and follow all Health & Safety regulations.Report hazards promptly.Dispose of waste correctly and prevent environmental issues.Maintain high housekeeping standards.Communication & ConductMaintain clear communication with the Team Leader.Treat colleagues fairly and respectfully.Follow the Equal Opportunities Policy.Carry out any reasonable additional duties.Additional InformationFull Job Description available to downloadSkills NeededHospitality, People, Labour / Construction, Manufacturing / ProductionAbout The CompanyAt Brett Martin, you’ll join a workplace where our teams have created a positive working and learning environment.     Brett Martin is a firmly established global business, manufacturing an ever-growing range of plastic and building products. Due to continuous growth and investment, we are seeking to recruit a number of new Electrical Engineers, who will have the opportunity to join an exciting and innovative workplace, working with state of the art machinery and equipment.The successful candidates will carry out planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, refurbishment, installation, improvements and modification or upgrade to plant and services in order minimise downtime and maintain the equipment in the best condition. The successful candidate must -
    Have completed a recognised apprenticeship as an electrical or mechatronic technician, ideally to HNC or equivalent level Have a minimum of 3 years' post apprenticeship experience in a manufacturing background Have experience in fault diagnosis in electrical systems and equipment Ideally have experience with motor control systems, process temperature controls, hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC/PC control systems Ideally have experience of equipment installation.
