This role will suit an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive, a professional in commercial legal matters to manage client relationships as a fee earner. The role incorporates a variety of legal issues, advising SME and medium firms across a variety of industries. This is a growing commercial legal firm, with a superb reputation winning new clients, being household names, as well as interesting and new start-ups.Working within a team of four who work collaboratively, you will provide ongoing commercial advice to both the claimant and respondent. The work will be varied and include: Reviewing and drafting contracts of employment
Tribunal cases
Dispute and mediation
Restructure and redundancy support
Policy and briefings
Draft and adapt staff handbooks To be considered, you will demonstrate passion and experience for Employment Law and experience of working with HR and Finance Managers. A confident communicator, able to problem solve for clients and attend face to face meetings. Ideally, you will be 3-5 years PQE and there is some flexibility and the negotiable salary will reflect this.
