is based within one of Brainkinds larger specialist neurological rehabilitation services in strong Milton Keynes /strong . /p p br /p p The service provides highly specialised assessment, rehabilitation and long-term support for adults living with: /p p br /p ul li Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) /li li Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) /li li Stroke /li li Complex neurological conditions /li li Physical disabilities requiring specialist rehabilitation /li li Complex nursing and behavioural support needs /li /ul p br /p p Supporting individuals with highly complex presentations requires exceptional clinical leadership, operational oversight and collaborative multidisciplinary working. /p p br /p p The service has significant potential, and we are investing in experienced leadership p Working alongside the Regional Manager, Operational Director and senior clinical leadership team, you will lead the service through an ambitious improvement programme with the objective of achieving has successfully delivered service turnaround programmes within regulated healthcare environments. /p p Youll bring: /p p br /p p strong Essential Experience /strong /p ul li Proven experience leading services from strong Inadequate or Requires Improvement to GOOD /strong . /li li Significant experience as a Registered Manager, Interim Manager, Turnaround Manager or Peripatetic Manager. /li li Strong background within neurological rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, stroke services or complex clinical care. /li li Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, governance and compliance. /li li Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams. /li li Demonstrable experience delivering culture change and service improvement. /li li Strong understanding of quality assurance, audits and
