Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and empty homes. Diagnose issues accurately and deliver effective, long-lasting solutions. Work safely and follow all health and safety guidelines, including PPE use and risk assessments. Keep your skills up to date through training and development opportunities. Provide outstanding customer service—every visit should leave a positive impression. Manage your van stock efficiently and order materials responsibly. Stay organised and productive, minimising downtime and maximising first-time fixes. Report any incidents or near misses and help maintain a safe working environment. Drive responsibly and keep your vehicle in good condition. Take on additional tasks when needed to support the wider team.
