Provide outstanding customer service—every visit should leave a positive impression. Manage your van stock efficiently and order materials responsibly. Stay organised and productive, minimising downtime and maximising first-time fixes. Report any incidents or near misses and help maintain a safe working environment. Drive responsibly and keep your vehicle in good condition. Take on additional tasks when needed to support the wider team.

You will ensure that our property data is accurate, accessible and meaningful, helping us plan and deliver essential works and meet our long‑term strategic goals.You will:Manage the end‑to‑end process for gathering and validating stock condition data, ensuring all properties are surveyed in line with our five‑year cycle. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and data skills specifically in the use of formulas, pivot tables, tables, querying etc. Ability to adapt to specialist software.
