The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong piloting proficiency, hands-on competence across electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems, and a proactive approach to safety, planning, and task execution.Working under the supervision of the ROV Supervisor, the Senior Pilot Technician plays an integral role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality ROV operations. This leadership role involves supervising ROC-based ROV pilots and senior pilots, coordinating live operations with offshore vessel teams, and ensuring that all activities are executed in line with project plans, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.As the primary operational focal point during real-time remote ROV missions, the Supervisor provides technical guidance, ensures mission readiness, oversees shift performance, and escalates any operational risks or anomalies. The role is safety-critical and aligned with IMCA C005 Job Category R01 – ROV Supervisor.
