    Job Description

    We are seeking a National Heat Pump Sales Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. This role is crucial in our mission to promote sustainable heating solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share in both B2B and B2C sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Recruit and train new team members to maintain a high-performing sales force.Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including installers, wholesalers, distributors, architects, and M&E consultants. Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, building regulations, and government initiatives such as the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between the Technical Support team and clients, effectively communicating complex heat pump information in an accessible manner.Industry Representation: Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data, prepare forecasts, and generate insightful reports for senior management.     Qualifications

    Essential Skills & Experience Industry Experience: Demonstrable experience in HVAC, heating, plumbing, or renewable energy sales, with a specific focus on heat pump technology.Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of heat pump technology, building services, and relevant legislation.Leadership: Exceptional capability to lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.Communication: Superior negotiation, interpersonal, and technical communication skills.Business Acumen: Advanced strategic thinking, data analysis proficiency, and commercial mindset.Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently drive results. Typical Qualifications/Profile Substantial experience in a comparable role (Area/Sales Manager) within the HVAC/renewables sector.Advanced education in a relevant technical field, with a degree-level qualification strongly preferred.Proven track record in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
