    p strong u Overview /u /strong /p p An established name in PFI/PPP infrastructure management, is looking for an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing a portfolio of LIFTCo companies and their subsidiaries, managing 18 healthcare buildings across London under Management Services Agreements. /p p br /p p You will take direct line management responsibility for an Asset Manager and two Operations Managers, help the GM produce Quarterly Board Reports covering Health Safety, Hard FM, financial and statutory compliance performance, and manage claims and disputes in line with the Project Agreements.
