As part of our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious, commercially driven professionals to join our expanding team at our Central London headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a fast-paced luxury business. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing a portfolio of premium clients and overseeing private charter bookings from enquiry through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience within private aviation or another luxury, high-value sales environment and a passion for building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Business Development Generate new business through outbound sales, networking, referrals and inbound enquiries. Build and maintain a pipeline of HNWI, UHNWI and corporate clients. Develop long-term client relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals. Identify cross-selling opportunities across the business. Attend networking events and industry exhibitions to generate new opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities. Client Relationship Management Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering a personalised and consultative service. Understand client requirements and provide tailored charter solutions.
