Blue Arrow are looking for Front of House Staff in the Worcester area. Job duties: Welcome customers and guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food, drinks, and refreshments in accordance with company standards. Set up dining areas, buffet stations, and service points before events or service periods. Ensure tables, counters, and customer-facing areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times. Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when required. Process payments and operate tills or point-of-sale systems accurately. Replenish food, beverages, condiments, and service supplies as needed. Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen procedures at all times. Work collaboratively with kitchen and catering teams to ensure smooth service. Support stock monitoring and report shortages to supervisors. Assist with cleaning duties, including clearing tables, washing service equipment, and maintaining service areas. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
