    About the Role
    We're looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join a dynamic kitchen team in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a creative, seasonal kitchen environment with a strong focus on plant-rich, responsibly sourced food. The role includes daytime shifts, occasional evenings, and catering for over 20 weddings during the summer season.

    Key Responsibilities
    Collaborate with senior chefs and directors to shape the food and drink offerings.
    Maintain high standards of cooking and presentation across all services.
    Support food cost targets and build strong supplier relationships.
    Contribute to menu development, preservation techniques, and staff training.
    Ensure best practices in hygiene, health & safety, and portion control.
